John J. Connors is a distinguished patent attorney with over a quarter-century of
hands-on experience in creating value for inventors and others through the acquisition of property
and contractual rights in their ideas. After working as in-house patent counsel for giant corporations,
in 1983 he founded the law firm that bears his name, and, through a network of domestic and international
intellectual property attorneys, he guides the fortunes of many -- inventors and other creative people --
building long-term financial value in their ideas.
Mr. Connors is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Court of Appeals for
the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured on intellectual property at
colleges and universities throughout Southern California, and he currently serves as a director of ICU
Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ).
